Dr. Shadé Kolade

Dr. Shadé is a microbiology professor, leadership consultant, and academic researcher whose work sits at the intersection of science, leadership, and equity. Trained in STEM and shaped by lived experience, her career spans research, teaching, and leadership development across academic and professional environments.
